Who We Are
Green Gem (Pty) Ltd is a plant nursery, garden maintenance, landscaping and horticultural solutions firm, 100% citizen owned. The company employs over 20 locals with the capacity to grow and the majority of employees being females (3/4). At Green Gem (Pty) Ltd we are vigorously growing by increasing our market share and sales; relative to our competitors. This process will assist our sales growth in our stagnant industry. Our reputation have clout that we are using to our advantage, we have more than 6 thousand followers on Facebook. The higher volume is becoming instrumental in developing our cost advantage.
Green Gem (Pty) Ltd has over 18 years of service; primarily as a landscaping operation and later evolving into a wholesale plant nursery as well as Garden Maintenance specialists. At Green Gem (Pty) Ltd we are commitment to attentive service, client relationships, green practices and community involvement which qualifies us as a premiere landscaping firm. The nursery sits on 4.2ha of land with an array of plants, grasses and flowers and vegetables; behind the Phakalane Golf Estate along Ruretse Road in Gaborone.
