The company employs over 20 locals with the capacity to grow and the majority of employees being females (3/4). At Green Gem (Pty) Ltd we are vigorously growing by increasing our market share and sales; relative to our competitors. This process will assist our sales growth in our stagnant industry. Our reputation have clout that we are using to our advantage, we have more than 6 thousand followers on Facebook. The higher volume is becoming instrumental in developing our cost advantage.
